• The Company may use AI-assisted notetaking tools during interviews or recruitment-related meetings to generate summaries, transcripts, and action points. These tools process audio or video recordings of conversations solely for internal use.
• In some cases, the Company may also record video interviews or trial project presentations to support fair and consistent evaluation. If a recording is to take place, you will be explicitly informed at the start of the meeting and a visual recording indicator will be clearly displayed.
• By providing your consent, you acknowledge and agree that such tools and recordings may be used to support accurate and efficient recordkeeping during the hiring process.
